How to Test Your Network With Chrome Connectivity Diagnostics



Many internet users are worried about their non reliable and slow performing internet connection . When you are using internet with some network issue, it is difficult to isolate the problem. In the market there are number of testing tools like ping, traceroute, nslookup, and netstat, are all proven utilities that help identify network problems.


Using these tools still require some technical knowledge, would be difficult if you are not familiar with networking standards. Now Google has created a Google App, which is simpler all-purpose tool, called Chrome Connectivity Diagnostics. It containing different networking tests with results displayed in an easy-to-read format.

First go to Chrome Connectivity Diagnostics from the Chrome Web Store, install on your Chrome Browser, and finally start the app from the Chrome App Launcher to begin running the tests.

To display all the tests and the results, click on the gear icon and select "Show passing tests." Clicking on the individual tests will provide a brief description of the test and a link to the logs
